For Knodell, selling real estate for me isn’t just a job, it’s my passion. A lifelong resident of the Poplar Bluff, Kurt brings local knowledge of the market area along with previous experience in banking and finance, home improvement & insurance to the table to be able to help you with your purchase or sale.
Knodell was licensed in February 2006, and has been Top Producer & Lister at PB Realty each year since 2008, staying active in the local realtor board serving as President of the local Three Rivers Board of Realtors 3 times. Kurt is currently a State Director, State Political Coordinator and member of the Leadership Development Output Group of Missouri Realtors state association as well.
He states his biggest goal is to be very responsive and give great service, provide knowledge gained many years of experience with over 200 million in sales volume sold and well over 1,000 transactions closed. Kurt’s main goal has been to conduct his business with honesty and integrity. Kurt also is a Broker-Officer with Legacy Real Estate Group for which he is Designated Broker in both Missouri & Arkansas. Knodell works the markets of Southeast Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks and NE Arkansas.
When Kurt isn’t working you might find him on the golf course, at the river, in the woods hunting or spending time with family..especially his new granddaughter!!
Knodell says his success has been due to his referrals, and works very hard in each transaction to “stay referrable”. His success speaks for itself, but as he says “no one stays on top forever” so he continually works hard to ensure his and YOUR success.
